4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size or color is unavailable, we may offer an alternative solution such as another product, store credit, or refund where applicable.

5. Shipping Fees

For returns or exchanges due to change of mind, size, or color, the customer is responsible for the applicable return and reshipping fees.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, NOXEN will cover the applicable return and reshipping costs, subject to verification.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds for online payments will be processed through the original payment method where supported.

For Cash on Delivery orders, NOXEN may request the necessary payment details to process an approved refund.

Requests sent through Instagram, WhatsApp, or email will not be processed as official return requests.

8. Refusing a Delivery

You may refuse your order before accepting it from the courier. Once the order has been accepted, our standard return and exchange policy applies.
